The 600,000 sf warehouse for Testa is an ambitious effort to maximize sustainability in an industrial project. Various green technologies were implemented, including a wind turbine and green roof. Involvement in redesign phase of the project, modifying and creating plans, elevation, sections and details and putting together Construction Documents.

353 N Clark, a 45 story office building in downtown Chicago, is a Core and Shell development for class A office space. Involvement during Construction Administration phase with responsibilities including punchlisting, RFIs, bulletins, submittals/shop drawing reviews and LEED documentation.

This 3,9000,000 sf of multi development hotel, retail and casino was part of revitalization effort for the beach front after Hurricane Katrina. Major involvement in all aspects of the project, and was also one of the key staff members in development of the West portion of the project.

430,000 sf single-story high-end outlet shopping center. Soley responsible for entire exterior wall system development as well as coordination, project specifications and taking the project from DD through CD.

1,500,000 sf of development with two office towers, one hotel/residential tower and one retail tower. Responsi bilities included, but not limited, to site and massing study, programing, rendering, model making and presen tation preparation during SD phase.

Mega development of six highrises in Dubai, in colaboration with Adrian Smith+Gordon Gill Architecture. Involve ment during SD phase as Architect of Record, coordinating design and conducting code reivews.

68,000 sf renovation and 28,000 sf addition to an existing Condominium building. Involvement in all aspects of the project including code review, coordination, design documents and 3d modeling during DD and CD.
